About Us

International Exchange of China (IEOCN) aims to promote international exchange between China and the rest of the world. By working with governments, organizations, and companies both in China and overseas, we provide opportunities to our foreign members to experience, study, work, travel, and live in China and our Chinese members to experience, study, work, travel, and live overseas. We screen, provide, and manage eligible participants from around the world with the support from governments and related agencies in each country worldwide.

IEOCN is established by China Overseas-Educated Scholars Development Foundation (COSDF). COSDF is approved by the State Council of China and directed by the United Front Ministry of Central CCP, was established in early 2007 and is a worldwide public welfare foundation and Non-Government-Organization (NGO). The aim of COSDF is to carry out the country’s strategic implementation to turn China into a powerful nation through development of talent and promote international exchange
